Returns
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Lost Shipments
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Hoku Labs will gladly assist customers with locating shipments or filing carrier claims when appropriate.
